In 1995, P&D Research was established in Malaysia, named Polalies Marketing Sdn, Bhd., where start both flexo and offset printing as the well-known company.

            Mr. Benn wong, who was the Manging Director at that time, got the new creative ideas to developed the efficiency and quality of flexo graphic printing products to similar with offset quality as best as possible.

            Therefore, he started the market survey. And realized that the market will use rubber plate for cost saving. But for high quality, the market will select sheet polymer plate, higher cost and environment harmfulness.

            While, Mr. Benn tries to find the new choice of printing plate, he heard that in America, Australia, Japan and Europe started to use water wash technology called liquid polymer plate for cost saving and also environment friendly. Nevertheless, the production cost of liquid polymer plate machine was very high and the property of the machine was not related with our country’s temperature.

         This was the beginning of machine and plate production developing process to reach the printing quality requirement and reasonable cost.

         The best chance, Mr. Benn and Mr. Chathip have discussed. Mr. Chathip found the way to push the liquid polymer plate, reasonable price and environment friendly, to colugate paper box business in Thailand as his vision.

         One thing that made Mr. Chathip was really appreciate that was more than 60% of the machine’s parts was distributed from Thailand to many countries around the world.

            In the year 2001, after P&D Research (Malaysia) has launched and more than 70% also proved by the market, P&D Research (Thailand) was established.

            Hardly launched the business at the first started in Thailand because the market has got the badness experienced, especially for quality of liquid polymer products.

            But we tried to push the technical support and recommendation for the market. Until now, our machine and products reached the market perception higher day by day.

            Since the first 2 years, we had only 10 accounts. But now we have more than 30.

            In 2004, we started the new business named Flexo Graphic; to produce the final plate for support another needs of the market which high success within 2 years, only.

            We gained more market share and high volume growth with 3 branches supported: FG1 (Rama II), Fg2 (Rangsit) and FG3 (Bangna).

            Right now, we have both new and existing customers more than 300 accounts.

            P&D continue growing and also strengthen day by day in many countries in Asia.
